Thats a pretty big difference between cores there, Dan. Maybe you got a bad/uneven mount for your CPU cooler?

Yep, I do have an uneven mount. Its a new cooler for a review, the install system is a bit finicky and the cooler base, which is larger then the CPU itself, tends to slide around a bit while bolting it down. It's a bit off center right now, so thats probably why theres a variation that high.
