Black Ice Micro II Cooling QX9650?

I am just curious to know if anyone has experience with the

Danger Den Black Ice Micro II Radiator. I have a friend who is interested in purchasing it to cool his QX9650 intel chip in his water cooling loop. It has 2 80mm fans... he's not sure if it would do the job or not.

I doubt it, I would think a minimum of a 120x2 rad.

Although the 45nm quads aren't extremely hot, the Black Ice Micro II barely has the same cooling potential of a "good" 1x120mm rad. It's feasible, it just won't yield amazing results.
