Without knowing your system specs, have you tried reinstalling your drivers in safe mode?

Some generic advice:

1) Install the latest Catalyst drivers for your videocard, available from ATI.

2) Make sure DirectX 9.0c is installed.

3) Check for an overheating problem. This means not only the overall airflow inside your chassis, but verify that your videocard's fan is spinning and free of any dust or debris.

4) If this problem happens in a specific game, check to see if there are any patches available.

That is about the best advice one can give. I want to stress the tip to check the cards fan, to ensure it's spinning and the heatsink is free of dust.

This is a good method of making sure you have a clean\fresh driver install:

1. Download Driver Cleaner here, install
2. Uninstall current ATI CC\Drivers|uninstall utility
3. restart
4. run DC, clean for all ATI
5. restart
6. Install latest ATI drivers found here

Can you please clean up your grammer a little bit. We are happy to help you but sometimes I find it hard to understand what you are saying if you don't put any periods, captilize letters, or use commas.

thank you.

You never know what can be in your case if you don't periodically check it out once in a while. I try to check my out monthly, though the case gets rarely dusty. However, my video card fan is always loaded with dust. It's easy for it to get caught up.

You aren't overclocking it are you?
