| or if any of you know of a better card for another 20-40 more bucks tell me. Uhh, not sure but look around for a 9600XT. I've seen one on NCIX for about 60bucks CAN dollar. Although may i ask what's your purpose on buying a videocard like this? They aren't very powerful, so i hope you don't plan on gaming on this. If you want to game, i'd really suggest spending a bit more and getting a 7600GS or x800pro. | Hehe, thanks Justin. I can't read. Yeah, the 7600GS is a much better deal. That card is like 3 gens back. It's more, but eVGA offers a lifetime warranty! | Modder-ator | Well, unfortunately, you are in a tough spot considering upgrades. With PCI-Express the widespread accepted standard now, it's hard to recommend upgrading AGP graphics cards. Try and think about what your upgrade plans are for the future of that system... If you hope to eventually replace all the parts with more modern, better performing components, then I would wait and do them all at once by getting a new motherboard, CPU, RAM, and video card. But if you just want to get a little better gaming performance without breaking the bank and doing major upgrades because you are happy with the rest of your system, then a mid-range AGP card of a current generation might be ok. So before I recommend a video card to you, see if you can give us some more information on the future of your current system... |

| Here's a link to a 7600gt which is a very good card but your cpu will probably hold you back some. Think about saving for a whole system upgrade instead. Newegg.com - XFX GeForce 7600GT PVT73AUDE3 Video Card - Retail |
