| i guess they are hoping that this will tie them over until the R600 video cards come out. This is prolly a good way of testing weather or not DDR4 will be a large advantage or not. Interesting though. | Nice cooler ATI. Hopefully it's not anywhere NEAR as loud as the hair-dryer on current X1900. How much or a performance gain will X1950XTX offer over current X1900XTX, probably not that much, MAYBE 10%(and that's generous). Though I am really diggin' that new cooler. | Modder-ator | Yeah, that new cooler looks MUUCH better than what has previously been produced by ATI; I like it! But I have a feeling it is going to take more than a revised cooler and GDDR4 memory to make this card worth the cost; I'd wait for whatever is next... |
