| We take both criticism and positive comments very positively | With both AMD and Nvidia readying a new arsenal of videocards, the real battle for GPU supremacy won't be fought until later this summer. In the meantime, gamers are enjoying attractive price points nearly across the board, and unlike days of yesteryear, enthusiasts needn't plunk down $600+ for a high end gaming experience. Remarkably, AMD's HD 3870 has nestled into the $150ish tier, unheard of territory for a higher performance part. | oh noes | Great review! I must say that i'm digging the 3870 I picked up... awesome image quality and solid frames. I must say though, I like the cooler that came with my visiontek card... I might have to take a picture of it, but the fan on it is much bigger than I expected... I never hear it over the other fans in my case, even on start up. I love it! Can't wait for my 2nd 3870 to come (a sapphire toxic this time... nifty, since the single slot cooler on it will give me room for a sound card again. After I sell my sound cards, of course ) ![]() e8500@4ghz|Asus P5k-e WiFi| 4gb OCZ ReaperX|2x 3870's|1.3tb storage space|MSI tv tuner. |

| I don't know how to put this, but, I'm kind of a big deal. | Exactly as how you would imagine, with a hint of cinnamon. |

| oh noes | Hmm, interesting. I can't wait for my other card though... I kinda want to see how well the single slot cooler on the sapphire card stacks up against the cooler that came on my visiontek. ![]() e8500@4ghz|Asus P5k-e WiFi| 4gb OCZ ReaperX|2x 3870's|1.3tb storage space|MSI tv tuner. |
