If you're looking at a 7600GT and can do w/o VIVO, consider the XFX with a 'Double Lifetime Warranty' and Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter for free when you register. Some links:

Im looking an a 7600Gt with VIVO.
The cooling of this card is Passive, the size of the cooler is too much bigger than the w/o VIVo

That's definately a nice card, but I don't think the cooling solution is passive. If you look at the specifications, they say it has a heatsink and fan. And if you look at the picture you can just make out the fan inside the plastic housing.
There are lots of reviews around the web benchmarking the 7600GT's performance compared to other video cards. Sorry, we don't have any 7600GT reviews though :(

Indeed, a passive heatsink isn't going to be enclosed like that, as it would trap the heat and cook itself.

Gigabyte does offer a 7600GT with passive cooling (LINK), but again, it lacks VIVO.

a review of what? Several links to reviews have already been posted here for you. And what do you mean without the plastic housing? that's just part of certain heatsink/fan combos. I really don't understand what you're looking for at this point.
