| My 8800 GTS with the fan speed at auto is not loud at all. I can hardly hear it. Keep in mind I do not use a case and my techbench is not more than 30cm from my head. ![]() I Like Watercooling. D-Tek Fuzion, MCP655, MCR220 |

| quad core won't give you pretty much any boost in gaming over a dual-core, as games aren't made to take advantage of it yet. |

| With the price cut tomorrow, a quad core might not be a bad idea. Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 + Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme DFI Blood Iron P35-T2RL + Thermalright HR-05 IFX 2GB G.Skill 800MHz F2-6400PHU2-2GBHZ EVGA GeForce 8800GTS 320MB Silverstone Decathlon 650W Western Digital 250GB SATA II |

| I don't know how to put this, but, I'm kind of a big deal. | Just to clarify, you don't currently own the rig in your signature, correct? Because there's no way a setup like that scores just 238 in 3DMark06 unless something is terribly, terribly wrong... |
