| Ok my astute brethern, I'm looking to make a decision on my last piece of the puzzle-THE VIDEO CARD!!!! Taking 14u2c's suggestion, it will be a Geforce 7800, the question is wether it will be the GT or GS. Can you'all help work through the differences? | We take both criticism and positive comments very positively | You can't use a GS Edition, those are for AGP base boards. I'd actually recommend either the eVGA or XFX 7900GT. But if you are set on the 7800GT, I'd recommend XFX....I've been using a pair of those for the past 6 months and love them. XFX has the double lifetime warranty, and their cards include a great bundle of games INTEL E8400 // Gigabyte EP45 Extreme // 4GB DDR3-1600 // Palit HD 4870 // Antec 1200 // Seagate 750GB HDD // Zalman CNPS9700 // BFG ES 800W PSU |
