| LOL so here is the story. I asked a friend of mine if he unlocked his extra pipes and he said no. So he goes ahead and unlocks them and now its screwed up. After the windows bar screen, it does not load. I've never herad of this happening before so what are your thoughts on this? | Ok. you have to make sure that the card is modable in the first place. Not all of them can be modified. ![]() I Like Watercooling. D-Tek Fuzion, MCP655, MCR220 |

As for the card, I'm happy it still works. Flashing USUALLY won't kill cards, though it can be VERY scary when flashing goes bad, because the card doesn't work right, and then you flash it back to normal and it's like ahhhhh, it's a good feeling..... | Modder-ator | Ok, seriously guys, enough with the spamming and nonsense. Posting random one or two word comments that have nothing to do with the original thread subject is not helpful in any way. It only leads to confusion and frustration. Like Capper said, someone browsing our forum looking for answers is going to just get very confused trying to read through threads like this. Please, please just take an extra 30 seconds and think about what you are posting to make sure it makes sense. Or better yet, take and extra minute and 30 seconds to search for some facts and/or other useful information that might actually help contribute to the original subject of the thread. I know we are all a very informal community of people who just like to have fun and chat about computer stuff, but just be aware that there are lots of other people browsing the site that are actually looking for help and information. So let's be courteous of those other people and keep posts helpful, truthful, accurate, and on topic. Thank You |
