OMG! You've got to be kidding me! That thing would need it's own internal support structure! Definitely an engineering sample from the looks of it. Also looks like someone took those pics with a cell phone or something.

ED from overclockers.com said "a friendly mole" got these. Word is that it's OEM, but it looks to Engineer Sample to me. HAs to be ES, with the mismatched PCIE plugs, and the "turn here to remove" on the blower.

ES... has too be, I'm 99.9% sure that the retail card is going to be alot flashier and nowhere near as long, the thing looks like it could snap out of the PCIe slot in ordinary use!

ES, looks like every other ES video card to me. Nice to see some pics surface though. Can't wait for it. :)

Its an OEM Card, not ES, but OEM. I believe the 8pin and the 6 pin plugs are on purpose.

Yeah, there's no way that is the retail reference design. If so, I'm not playing any new games for a year until they can get the power requirements of GPUs back under control. You can only add so many heatpipes to a cooler and you can only make the fan spin so fast....

wow DX10 lets make them pay for the card, then the power supply, then a case, then additions, then for the replacements from the "self-caused" damages.

this better not be similar to the final version, or im canning the ATi and waiting a bit longer until nVidia (hopefully) does something better!

I doubt we'll see that in a Dell XPS anytime soon.
