Can you guys tell me what should be turned on. For example Force Mipmaps Billinear or Trillinear... etc. I want the best performance for games. Like balance. Where can i get a nvdia tweaked driver?

For third party, modded drivers, you could check out Omega Drivers.
As for your 3D settings, it should give you a hint as to what is higher quality (and potentially worse performance) and what is higher performance (lower quality). The Trilinear mipmaps will be the highest quality.

For most everything else, the general trend is that the higher the numeric value, the better the quality. Super Sampling Transparency Antialiasing is going to give you the best image quality, as will Triple buffering. You can probably just leave most of the other settings at their default value. I usually turn Anisotropic filtering and Antialiasing all the way up and see how my game(s) run and go from there. If things are way too choppy, then I'll start by turning the Antialiasing down one setting until smooth gameplay is achieved.

Omega has not supported nVidia since about Q3 2005. They do not offer Vista drivers yet either. Both issues are subject to change, he says that Vista drivers will be out soon and that he may get back to work on nVidia drivers.

Also, triple buffering can cause game lag, so be wary of this. Other than that, I agree with everything else he said

Yes, I didn't think about that. Omega drivers were originally made for ATI based cards, then the creator broadened his scope to include nVidia. In the past year or so, his development (on either side of the manufacturer fence) has been up and down. Try them at your own risk. You should be fine with the basic nVidia drivers though, they are obviously going to be designed for nVidia cards.
