| Well I have it down to 3 cards, I'm kind of leaning towards the first one, let me know your thoughts or if you have something else in mind I'll take a look at more. Thanks all. | I have owned both BFG and EVGA, and both are outstanding companies. I have not yet had to deal with either companies warranties, so I can't comment on that... but that is something to look out for, each companies warranty. EVGA and BFG both offer some of the best warranties in the business. E8400 DFI Blood Iron P35-T2RL 4GB G.Skill 800MHz Sapphire Radeon HD3870 512MB Silverstone DA650W WD 250GB + Seagate 320GB |

| Well, the BFG card is better than the akimbo card, both in performance and cost. The SC card on the nerds doesn't have the specs listed, It's more expensive, so see if the SC card has better performance specs. I've RMA'd about 7 cards through eVGA and every single time it was a very smooth, painless process. Their customer support is also top notch, (personal experience) I have only dealt with BFG once, and it was an RMA on a 6800gt, they happily bumped it up to a 7600gt because they had no 6800gt's in stock. Both stellar companies, and they all seem like great cards. Personally i tend to use eVGA because of the reputation they have within the shop, and my desktop builds i do for myself and friends ![]() |

| Modder-ator | I like the cooler on the eVGA AKIMBO better, but its not worth that higher cost. Like has been mentioned, all are great cards from great companies, so just buy the cheapest one that comes with accessories you need/want. |

| What he said. The cards are all very similar in terms of performance so it all comes down to the extras such as the cooler and the various accessories and/or software included. I would just go for the cheapest of the three personally. ![]() I Like Watercooling. D-Tek Fuzion, MCP655, MCR220 |

| I'm Diggin it! | It's hard to recommend an Nvidia card at this point. The 4850 from ATI just does a better job of video duties at the $200 price point IMHO.
