| Man I can't wait for X5x to hit the streets, picking one up and a nice new quad-core. On-board SAS, that is excellent! Its funny to go to Computex and CES and see motherboards that you can't touch and can't photograph because they are "secret"....well, not really secret, they don't want you to touch them because they will fall apart, and they don't want you to photograph them because there are huge flaws in the layout. | Colonel Calamity | so why didn't you get a good long distance zoom lens to get the shots you wanted? ![]() ![]() Thanks HL and Corsair! My opinions are my own and not representative of this site or its members. |

| F Ucn rd dis U mst uzUNIX | Yuppers! See that AsusTek? Seems...weak. CompuTex always felt like the motherboard Isle at Fry's. But you could find the parts that fell off if you looked around longer though. That's sorta why IDF came about, or at least got a little stronger of a push from the floor. We got great feedback from having working models, and never minded poking and prodding from those attending. Heck, that was even our own chance to finally see other department's working items. Had about 3 days to get something together. Best time of the year IMO...felt like the county fair. Ever register for those? The one drawback is that it's in San Fran ![]() |
