| Im looking for suggestions on motherboards that work with the new 45nm processors. The E8400 showed up at my local computer shop today and I decided to pick one up. I figured I'd get the processor right away so it would motivate me to start my next build. I've figured out everything I'm going to use...except the board. So any suggestions? |

| I'll probably do some overclocking. Something well rounded would be good, the most common thing I do is play games. |

| I'm Evil | I have a hard time recommending ABIT products. If you are looking for a well rounded board thats easy to work with, with some good overclocking, the new ASUS X38 motherboards are really nice. On Monday we'll be posting our review of the ASUS P5E3 Deluxe WifFi.......if you plan on using DDR3, its hard to beat this board. | I'm Evil | Yes, ASUS has both DDR2 and DDR3 flavors of most of their enthusiast level boards. Asus P5K Deluxe WiFi-AP Motherboard INTEL QX9650 ASUS P5E3 Premium 4GB DDR3-1600 Sapphire HD 3870X2 Danger Den Tower-26 (Custom W/C) 5 x Seagate 250GB HDD in RAID5 BFG ES 800W PSU |

| Just keep in mind with the P5E3 you have to use DDR3, which is crazy expensive... so my vote goes to the Maximus.
