Default Need a little help please.

I'm still having a hard time finding a MB that I think I can live with. I will be running the AMD AM2 5000+ with at least 2 gigs of memory. I would like it to have on board video.

I plan on using this more for home entertainment than anything. I will be getting into gaming soon, but a video card is cheap and easy. I will mainly be playing WOW with a few friends so nothing spectacular. Thanks for the help, Bailey.

I have the Gigabyte GA-M61PM-S2 and I have had no problems with it. Only problem I have with it is there are limited BIOS options for tweaking the memory so you are basically stuck with the default timings of the RAM (although you can change the CAS latency). But if you can live with that, I recommend the board. The chipset is a little dated though, so finding a good AMD 690 based motherboard wouldn't be a bad idea...

You won't want to try and play any games with the onboard video though, even WoW. But any mid-range video card should do just fine.

I was hoping for some thing a little better. I guess I'll have to do it myself.J?K I appreciate the help but I was really looking at the Asus line or the MIS. I know that I should not consider on-board but I'm trying to save a buck. It won't be for very long. This is about the only thing keeping me from my build. I'm considering an 8800 when all is said and done for it. I'm still questioning that.

My comp store buddies like this board for no more than I plan on for now. Plus one of them is going to sell me a 8800 in a month or so when he gets his new ones. Whats ya'lls opinion on it? Bailey.
