Default Motherboard Manufacturers Length of Warranty

This goes without saying, but length and terms are subject to change.

Abit = 3 years
Albatron = 3 years
ASRock = 1 year
AOpen = 3 years
Asus = 3 years
Biostar = 1 year
BFG = 3 years
Chaintech = 1 year (according to ZipZoomFly)
DFI = 2 years
ECS - 1 year
eVGA - 1 year
Epox - factory direct warranty only on case by case basis
Foxconn/Winfast = 3 years
Gigabyte = 3 years
Intel = 1 and 3 years
Mach Speed = Lifetime if registered within 30 days
MSI = 3 years
Jetway - 2 years
PCChips - 1 year
Sapphire = 2 years according to ZipZoomFly
Soyo - 1 year
Tyan - 3 years

Although I find it kindof funny that Asus offers a 3 year warranty while ASRock is only 1 year :roll:

Aside from that, obtaining an RMA from ASRock could potentially be a headache for end users:
  • ASRock provide 1 year warranty service to Authorized Distrubitor ONLY, users should refer to the retailer or original vender RMA & Refund policy.
