Default Help w/ Mobo H20ing

Ok, so I've got 98% of everything I need for a dual loop system. I'm running the new Asus Rampage Formula ((basically the same as the Maximus Formula)) and I was going to watercool the NB on it w/ a EK S-Max.

Do I really need to concern myself w/ watercooling the Mosfets and SB if I sever the tubes from the mosfets to the NB and from the NB to the SB.

Or can I just pinch the pipes or solder them and replace the heatsinks on those parts of the MOBO?

Any suggestions or guidance is welcomed please.

You can get an aftermarket air cooler for the SB (can be passive, it doesn't put out too much heat) and I would only WC the mosfets if you are pushing heavy voltage when OCing.

For SB
For Mosfet
And for mosfet as well

Thank you. I believe I'll just watercool the NB for now on the same loop as my GPU. Perhaps, later I'll add the mosfets. Besides, I'm not all together sure the maximus mosfet blocks fit the Rampage. I would imagine they would, but being my first attempt at water cooling I'd rather someone else lead the way.

Now, just waiting on the Torture Rack to assemble my new build and I can start playing :)
