| techPowerUp! News :: FOXCONN Launches BLACKOPS Intel X48 Enthusiast Motherboard What a beast! But damn, $400 retail... a bit over my budget. I'd like to see how it compares to some of DFI's and ASUS's X48 offerings as well. ![]() Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 | DFI Blood Iron P35-T2RL | 2GB G.Skill 800MHz | EVGA GeForce 8800GTS 320MB | Silverstone Decathlon 650W | Western Digital 250GB SATA II | ||||||||||||||

| jeez, X48 is attractive and all but for those who do not have the money it's best to stick with p35 and wait for the new Intel socket.. | Foxxconn makes some great boards, but I dont know if they are 400.00 good! -1 I would rather read a NewEgg review than a [H] review | ||||||||||||||

| HAHAHA, it comes with a dry ice cooling tower for the processor! That is one crazy motherboard, but anyone that into oveerclocking and benchmarking is doubtful to buy a bundle with all those parts like that. They're catering to a very niche market that (ironically) prefer to help themselves. | ||||||||||||||
