Asus M2NPV VM problems

Hey guys wasup?

I have a problem!

My pc won't boot to the xp OS
I installed a fresh xp pro on a clean 80 gig Harddrive.
After that i installed some asus drivers from the asus cd.
It did not installed all the drivers and it rebootet itself!
Now i can't go into my bios setting cause it stays on the asus screen with the
model nr M2NPV VM.
I have disconnected 1 of the harddrives and still nothing!
It won't play the asus cd or any cd!

This motherboard is just 1 day old and before this asus cd it did everything!

Who can help me out?

First thing that comes to mind is HEAT!!!

Are you sure that you have the CPU, and heat sink properly seated???

What did you upgrade from, and what power supply are you using???

The other possible items may be a Ram related issue. Pull all ram other than on stick and attempt to boot.

I was going to mention this for sure. Make sure all the components in your case are installed properly. And yes, please give us a list of your parts in your signature, or get a custom one there (if not your own, I take signature requests here and make them for any member).
