| I have a couple of questions. 1. i'm running an E6600 processor(1066FSB), is it better to run 667mhz or 533mhz ram? im wondering because i was reading how ram s multiplied by 4 or something like that? will 667 slow me down? 2. is kingston HyperX any Good? | ||||||||||||||

| 1. It's best to run your memory in a 1:1 ratio with your processor. 2. Kingston HyperX is good. ![]() I Like Watercooling. D-Tek Fuzion, MCP655, MCR220 | ||||||||||||||

| 667 is of course faster than 533 because it is higher but if we were overclocking you would want to keep the FSB and the ram frequency 1:1 for the most performance. ![]() I Like Watercooling. D-Tek Fuzion, MCP655, MCR220 | ||||||||||||||

| I think you'll see an improvement with 3GB over 2GB then. ![]() Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 + Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme DFI Blood Iron P35-T2RL + Thermalright HR-05 IFX 2GB G.Skill 800MHz F2-6400PHU2-2GBHZ EVGA GeForce 8800GTS 320MB Silverstone Decathlon 650W Western Digital 250GB SATA II | ||||||||||||||
