|  PC 4600 memory? My nephiew has a dell that he needs more ram in to run never winter nights 2 and I am not sure why but newegg has no (4600) sticks anyone know what others might be compatible? Not sure what other info you might need so if theres anything else let me know please. System is Dimension 4600 Processor is a p4@2.4ghz  MB... A8N32-SLI Deluxe. CPU.. Dual Core AMD Opteron 180 2.4GHz Ram.. A-DATA Vitesta 2GB (2 x 1GB) 4gb total PSU..550W ATX2.01 (Rosewill) Graphics.. Evga 7600gt HDD.. WD caviar se Optical drives.. 2x LITE-ON Black 20X DVD+R... Dell Dimension 4600 this system carries's a PC-3200 Memory... you should try and check the inside for the right name or brand coz Dell Computers for some reasons are very picky it halts if you put something it dont recognize, more on compatibility issues here the PC3200 line from Newegg... If buying memory for a Dell machine, it's best to stick with the very basic memory models like the Corsair Value Select or Kingston Value RAM for the best chance of getting something that will play nice together. Can you look for a sticker or something on the memory you have now and see what brand, voltage, speed, and CAS latency it is?  | ||||||||||||||
