Default PC 2100

I have a stick of 256mb PC 2100. I was wondering wut mobo// cpu it supports? Its valueram and i dun exactly know which company made it either.



E2140 @ 375 x 8 = 3.0ghz
2x1 ocz system 1337s pc2-6400 5-5-5-15 @ 450mhz
gigabyte P35 S3L
eVGA 7600GT Stock
120 gig seagate
ULTRA X-Finity 600w
Sonata 2 w/ top fan
G5 Lazer Mouse

check the motherboard manual, if you dont't have it, search the manual number on the net, it should tell you what type of ram it supports.

I was wondering more what sockets 2100 supports rather than finding out what ram a mobo supports.

If you can see the difference

Well, as long as it is unbuffered, non-ECC DDR SDRAM, it should work in pretty much any motherboard. The only thing is that the processor's FSB is going to slow down to PC-2100 or DDR266 speed (133mhz). So you can efficiently use this with any processor that has an effective FSB of 133mhz. And subsequently, you will be able to use any motherboard that supports that type of processor.

Did that make any sense? I tend to ramble sometimes...
