DDR2 timings are getting lower and lower. Another great production by Mushkin. IMO mushkin makes some of the best DDR2 on the market, and this kit is the perfect example!

I'm liking those timings. I'd give props to the first company who can get CAS2 DDR2.

Lol. My Infineon RAM that came with my Dell is CAS4.

That will be nice, especially if they can do it at DDR2 667 :D

Lemme see this. Only cas3 DDR2-1000 i've seen EDIT: is the new Corsair 6400. It took 2.45v to get DDR2-1000 3-4-3-4, Ross at overclockers.com did it. He ran a 32m super PI for stability testing.

Well, even if they did have CAS3 DDR2-1000, it would cost so much it probably isn't even worth having! Hell CAS3 DDR2-800 already costs like $300!

From what I've seen, there is not official, speed programmed cas3 DDR2-1000. ross, from OCForums, took the corsair 6400 3-4-3-4(BTW cost $459.00), pumped 2.3v through it and made it run 3-4-3-x DDR2-1000. It is actually a world record for first cas3 DDR2-1000.
