Default Memory suggestions for new system

My choices are:
CORSAIR XMS2 1GB (2 x 512MB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 675 (PC2 5400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory

OCZ Gold Series 1GB (2 x 512MB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 667 (PC2 5400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory

If you have any suggestions for 667MHz, 2x512MB RAM under $90, please give them to me!

i'll be using a gigabyte P965 DS3 mb if that matters to you.

Here's some DDR2-800 ram. It's $99 and is on the approved memory list for this motherboard directly from Gigabyte.

You have to be careful of what memory you use in these 965 Chipset motherboards. Not a negative thing at all, but you do need to be aware of it. Do you know what revision number your mobo is? If not, do you have it sitting right there in front of you? The link to the approved memory list above is based on the Rev 2 board, which seems to be the most common one out there.

its not within the $90 budget but this is the memory I got:

pqi TURBO 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 667 (PC2 5400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory

I got it when it was $164 with $20 MIR but it is now $103 after $30 MIR

another idea if you don't mind single channel is this for $66

Patriot 1GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Desktop Memory

Thanks HL and Corsair!

Kingston is okay, G.Skill I use a lot on budget systems along with Geil and Patriot. OCZ has been bad luck for me but they are considered a great brand.

The OCZ kit has been deactivated. :\

If there is a final hour, let's hope for a higher power. One by one, and two by two, I have ammo, what about you?

and get 2gb man trust me; no worrying for upgrades and what not for a good while.

and thats an AMAZING price on the PQI.

BUT -- if you can afford 2GB of that corsair set, that also takes the win for me.
