Default Memory?

Ok I have yet another question, the timings for my RAM are stated to be 3-3-3-12, yet my mobo and cpuz somehow doesnt quite use those. Now i have tried to change the settings, but i can never get it to be 3-3-3-12, it always chages the last number to like 16 or 19 or something larger than 12. Right now im running a 512MB stick @ 5-3-3-19-21 (this is from cpuz). Under the options in the BIOS, it only allows the user to change the first 4 numbers. Is there any way to get those timings?

What speed is that memory running?

Those advertised timings are for the memory if it is running at 533mhz. I was confused by that with my memory too. I think it is the same as yours. The spd timings for it running at 667 are 5-3-3-15 and so far I've never been able to get it running at 3-3-3-12 unless I slow it down.

So my point is that you may not get there depending on what speed you are running.
