Great review!
Dominator's are great!
But most kits are a bit too pricy for me

Indeed somewhat pricey, when you can pickup a more than decent kit of DDR2 4GB for just a bit less. Good memory and good review though!

If there is a final hour, let's hope for a higher power. One by one, and two by two, I have ammo, what about you?

Great to see Corsair still putting up a great product for those of us not on the DDR3 bandwagon. It's expensive as hell though, but if you want the best...ya got to pay for it.

Corsair had the first one and companies have been coming out with their own respective versions since then. More heatsink surface area translates to better cooling, which theoretically should yield better overclocks and better stability.

Excellent review! Definitely more money than I'd like to spend on RAM though...

Very nice review, Blair. Was an extremely nice read. However, I'd like to point out that this article only cofirmed what I already knew. Corsair Dominator series RAM, while high being quality, high performance memory, is still overpriced and over-hyped. For a lot less cash, you can strap on OCZ and Crucial equivalents and still acheive similar or better results than the Dominator stuff.
