Default Buffalo Technology's PC3200 Select 1GB memory kit

Very rarely do review sites take the opportunity to bring you a company's "budget" memory kits, most often companies want consumers to look to their enthusiast products, for good reason....performance. Companies stock value memory mostly as replacement modules for OEM systems, but sometimes DIY system builders have to take a "budget" approach to putting together or upgrading their computers either because of financial contstraints or because their system simply won't benefit from using a top of the line enthusiast memory kit.

It's always refreshing to read up on some budget memory products. Like you mentioned, not everyone wants the fastest, top of the line memory modules all of the time! You can't forget about the basic memory modules that can still get the job done.

I would also like to know what exactly makes their Unlimited Technical Support "Outrageous" :D

I think their point in "Outrageous" is that they take a lot of pride in their tech support.
