Default 60nm process for DDR2 kits.

DailyTech - Samsung Mass Producing 1Gb DDR DRAM at 60nm

Does this mean that ddr-2 kits will become even faster with a higher overclock potential?

Anyways, i hope it drives the price of ram down. I think ram is overpriced. I need some cheaper ram before i can move to a better platform.

Default Re: 60nm process for DDR2 kits.

I wouldn't really expect much different performance, just higher yields and lower prices. But that will be a welcome change for sure as RAM prices aren't great right now.
