Default 2-2-2 Many Settings

Hi. Maybe you guys can help me with a memory issue. I am trying to make best use out of the new DIMM that my friend bought for his system. It is a Crucial 512MB PC133, unbuffered, CL2, non-EC SDRAM DIMM. It is the only DIMM in the system. SiSoft Sandra shows that the memory lists itself as 2-2-2-5. Sandra shows that it was being run at 2-2-2-0. I never fooled with much beyond "CL2 is better than CL3", so I was not very familiar with the other timings. I looked around to see what the other timings were, and it seems that most sites show -5 as the fastest possible. Why would Sandra show a zero?? The RAM settings in the BIOS are:

Normal / Turbo
CL2 / CL3
PCI CLK x 3 / PCI CLK x 4

I know what CL2 and CL3 means along with the clock divider (PC100 / PC133). When run under Normal, Sandra shows 2-3-3-0. Under Turbo, it shows 2-2-2-0. Again, it shows the module listing itself as 2-2-2-5.

Is there some other checker program that might show more statistics or a different way??

Thank you very much.

It's probably an error/misreport. Memtest86 displays the memory timings while stress-testing your RAM.
