Where have all the Semprons gone?

Seriously, where are the s939 Semprons when you need 'em?! This is rediculous. The cheapest s939 processor is a 3000 at like $155 and the 3200 is ony like $5 more.
Anyone know what's up with this or where to find some s939 Semprons?
