Core 2 Duo is for consumers, Opterons are for corparations. Anyways, once you get into the highend 4+ CPU servers, the Opteron still hold their own, but yes, not faithful of Sun at all.

In all honesty I haven't heard from Sun in a good while, say 2-3 years. Can't believe they still make servers, or even still around for that matter.
