Would have been nice to see a Super Pi time for that overclock.

I doubt it was that stable

It might have been stable. It'd be tight though.

I dunno. I've had high overclocks that would boot into Windows, do Super Pi 1m and crash about 5 seconds after starting CPUz.

have to agree with quakin....I've built systems before that would perform fine during a barrage of testing (3dMark, Prime, SuperPi, etc.) and turn around a day later and refuse to boot with the same OC....then I had some systems that would be a PITA to OC, but then later take it after some breaking in......weird.

plus you have to remember that netburst was designed to hit 5-10ghz but intel ran into a heat problem very fast.

Very true. They would have kept going if they could probably. But there should be no problem at -193 C.
