HardwareLogic has released a complete, yet easy to follow guide on applying thermal paste. This should solve all your questions on how to do it.

Just keep up the good work. I wouldn't spend the time formatting and such if the quality wasn't there.
Let me know when you have time to do more guides.....I have a few ideas, but no time to write them my self
