Default FX-57 how high can it clock?

well Josher has an FX-57 first time ocing, i'm walking him through. How high can this thing hit?

we are currently trying:

220fsb
14x multi
4x LDT multi
stock + 0.05v



E2140 @ 375 x 8 = 3.0ghz
2x1 ocz system 1337s pc2-6400 5-5-5-15 @ 450mhz
gigabyte P35 S3L
eVGA 7600GT Stock
120 gig seagate
ULTRA X-Finity 600w
Sonata 2 w/ top fan
G5 Lazer Mouse

Yeah, you can go amazingly high if you have liquid nitrogen... :D

We do need to know what type of cooling you have. It makes all the difference.

Most A64 cpu's can hit the 3.7ghz so yeah...

not really..only a select few stepping's can get cold enuff to make it to 3.7....

Yeah I know that, I thought of editing to be more clear after I posted. What I really meant is, 3.7-8 ghz seems to be the limit for single core, no matter if it's a FX-57 or a 3700+. (Sandy/Venice)

Hrm ill get the 57 a bit colder and up the multy a bit, i think i can hit that magic 4ghz mark :)

no this fx-57 has no coldbug, iv taken it well under -80 on the core up to 370htt :)
