| Looks like the deal is already dead. I got a receipt ... so I hope mine will ship. | Wait, can you use 771 chips on 775 boards? I know I'm retarded. P5K-E / E8400 @ 4.0 / 2GB Hyper-X DDR2 / 7800GT / Antec900 / Scythe Ninja Copper (soon to be custom h2o) P5W DH Deluxe / E7200 @ 3.8 / 2GB Ballistix DDR2-800 / 7600GT (passive) / P180B / Zalman Reserator V2 Dual-ISP Network aim: drewandnotu | Skype: drew-and-not-u | ||||||||||||||

| Nope. Only E3XXX series Xeons go on LGA775. E3XXX are single CPU only. ![]() If there is a final hour, let's hope for a higher power. One by one, and two by two, I have ammo, what about you? | ||||||||||||||

| So to clarify, the E3110 socket 771 will work in a regular P35 board? P5K-E / E8400 @ 4.0 / 2GB Hyper-X DDR2 / 7800GT / Antec900 / Scythe Ninja Copper (soon to be custom h2o) P5W DH Deluxe / E7200 @ 3.8 / 2GB Ballistix DDR2-800 / 7600GT (passive) / P180B / Zalman Reserator V2 Dual-ISP Network aim: drewandnotu | Skype: drew-and-not-u | ||||||||||||||

Edit: By the way, there's only the E3110 in the E3XXX family for the moment, but chances are Intel will "add more" to the lineup. ![]() If there is a final hour, let's hope for a higher power.
