Default Dell drops many of their AMD CPU machines

Another nail in the coffin of AMD. Oh, they won't die, I'm sure. But this really doesn't help them spring back either.

AMD gets the cold shoulder.

Dell hasn't been using AMD all that long. They responded to customer complaints when they started using AMD and by then Dell was coming in on the tail end of AMD's dominance.

Misleading title. Only dropping them from the website, not retailers or phone sales.

Nothing mis-leading about it.

I didn't say Dell drops ALL of them. I said MANY of them. Dropping them from their website alone is fairly significant. This could possibly translate into Dell pushing their remaining stock out to the brick and mortar stores and being done with AMD after that. Who knows.
