That would rock if I weren't going to buy a conroe chip regardless of what AMD does to the prices of it's current offerings :P

i wanted to get AM2 or Conroe and what not, but i think i'm jsut going to grab a cheap AMD s939 dual core over the summer and upgrade to DDR-III later one with K8L.

I'll prolly end up getting a rev G x2 3800+.

EDIT: thats only if they are released for S939, if not, then i'll try to get an opty 165.

Sure, now I need to wait again to get my dual core. >__>
I hate you alll LOL I want a dual core so bad but everytime I'm about to get one either I receive an e-mail from my provider saying "AMD prices will be cut by around $35 on most CPU's" or I see those articles. :P

Yeah, isn't rev. G prettymuch 65nm? That's probably exclusively AM2. But who knows, maybe we'll see 65mn dual cores on s754!
