9800GX2 - UGH!

Posted May 29th, 2008 at 23:37 by polobunny
Problem #523: Sounds play too fast.

Let me start by explaining the problem.
Since I re-installed Windows XP, every once in a while my sound would play as if it were sped up two times. To get an idea, imagine every of your mp3 or movies... Chipmunk version.

Posted May 9th, 2008 at 19:19 by polobunny
Ah damnit I'm in a pissy mood. TV tuner works fine in my other computer, just not in the one I want to use it.

I've tried changing video card (Nvidia to ATI), didn't do it.

I tried changing PCIe 1x ports, didn't do it.
I tried XP 32bit instead of Vista 64bit, didn't do it.
I tried around 5 drivers for the TV tuner, didn't do it.

This is really becoming a hardware issue... The problem I experience...
