You could always write your own, that way it will be exactly the way you want. Additionally you'll grow more hair on your chest. A good place to start would be here.

Firefox is much better i find.

Mainly because there is great developers add on available for Firefox.

Have you ever tried to write something for IE is so much easier to make things work in Firefox.

What do you mean? Are you talking about addons?

Server side scripting (PHP, ASP,...) works in every browser identically.

Things that are client side (esp CSS) are more difficult to write so it looks the same in IE and Firefox as IE doesn't conform to W3 standards.
