Kudos to any defense that can force 3 interceptions out of Brady, on his home field, in the AFC Championship. Chargers put up a damn good fight, and it would have been a completely different game had any of those red zone appearances resulted in a touchdown rather than a field goal.

I have mixed emotions about who to root for, on one hand I hate the Pats but then again if they win I should never have to hear about the Dolphins opening champagne again. So maybe this is a win win situation.

Yes and what about the claims of cheating against NE?

I am blaming it on the officiating because even the commentators mentioned it several times themselves. Its not just me, anyone with a DVR and a replay button of their own can watch it several times and see what I am talking about. The Pack played decent but not their best... and NY played even worse but just got away with more... the officials handed it to NY... hell it took their kicker how many tries to get it through the uprights??
bah

Nipped in the bud in the first quarter of the first game of the season, and they've been under league/team/media scrutiny ever since (media has long since backed off, for the most part). You can bet every team in the NFL changed their signals yet again after that went down. Of course, I'm a silly person to be asking a question like that, being a diehard Pats fan myself...

I'll be right there with you in two weeks if the Pats fail to close out a perfect postseason. That displaced responsibility theory helps cope with disappointing finishes.

I've been a New England Patriots fan all season, so Go Patriots!

I hope the Pats win and cap the perfect season with it!

To be a perfect season the Pats would have to be hit by lightning at the start of the game and fry all their players.

I will watch the game and call it if I see it. This is the second time this has happened against the Pack this season, first time was against Chicago.
Of course during the Redskins game (and one or two during the Dallas game) were some against the Pack that didn't get called so its not like I am saying this just because they lost.
