And you're sleeping was due to the freaking lard building in your arteries and putting you down for the count while your heart tries to work it's butt off? Dunno. That's heavy on your belly and you gotta listen to your body. It said "no, that wasn't good". Coffee will put me to sleep, first by me having the metabolism of a shrew and clocking me up and then down for the count, next for being warm. I can come out of a coffee high with a bottle of water. | Colonel Calamity  | Re: Starbucks closing 600 stores in the US caffeine does little to nothing at my age other than keep me from getting to sleep if I drink it after 8PM... otherwise during the day my body is so used to Mt Dew and sodas that it does almost nothing... I have since switched to mostly bottled water and try to step back from the sodas more...  Thanks HL and Corsair! My opinions are my own and not representative of this site or its members.  |

| Functional Alcoholic | Re: Starbucks closing 600 stores in the US I consume so much caffeine through out the day it has little affect on me, or so I think until bedtime and I lay awake for hours. Like Mike, if I have caffeine after 6 or 7 at night I am screwed. |

| Bowser pwner.  | Re: Starbucks closing 600 stores in the US yea man, they need to close some of there Starbucks shops...... we've got two down the street.... one in Safeway and the other only TWO shops down on the stripmall........ it's pretty sad. Then we've got like 5 others in a 4 mile radius......  |
