For those having issues seeing the page, can you post a screenie as well as what browser you're running and Windows version?

and im using IE

Mine's just like simples and using everything the same. It's the browser, I went in with opera and it's blue on white which is a ton better.

Everything is fine with firefox,

im guessing it has something to do with IEs rendering engine, not sure though
