Ok, I can remember being a very young kid, and I was home with my mom when they announced that President Kennedy had been shot!!!!

I think the main reason that I remember it so much, is my mom just busted down in tears when they announced it!

Thanks and yes I remember President Kennedy's term. Ford was a good choice at the time and did well. It was expected that he would pardon Nixon when he took over the Presidency. Ford would have done better than Carter in hindsight.

I never understood the scandal with that Monica lady until like a few years after. Then again, I was like 6 when it happened.

Anyways, instead of talking of how old Rich feels and going back on topic, it's actually quite amazing for anyone to live into their 90s. My own grandfather lived until he was 95. To put that into perspective, my dad was 47 when he died and I was 12.
