Yep, it's a sort of standard going on, even if the connectors don't show the + or - sign sometimes. The kind of things you notice by building a jillion of computers. :P
Asus tends to put them in 2 lines but space every connect out so you can use their Q-connector thingie (which is by the way, totally not necessary and not much quicker).

Thats how i did the 2 single post -+ wires but my colors are bassackwards...i will fix tomorrow..Thanks every one.Will start new tomorrow.HDD will be tomorrow along with CD-DVD floppy etc. and try to tie some of these wires up.Maybe even power up!! GN all

At worse if you don't connect the leds properly, they won't light up. Nothing bad has ever happened to me by connecting them the other way around. :P
