I wouldn't associate a Pirate Flag with white trash....maybe a Confederate Flag....a sheet, a dead animal, or clothing, but not a Pirate Flag

I would be willing to bet that the people that live in that house are either white trash or have no control over there kids.

I'd take that bet in a heartbeat. Looked to me more like a playful spoof on the all the surrounding houses with flags waving, or in other words, a person/family with a sense of humor. I could easily see myself doing the same thing, and I certainly don't qualify as white trash or as having no control over the children - arguably a bit messed up in the head maybe, but that's about it. :P
