My first beef with Best Buy was about my video card.


You know.... come to think about it......there was another son of a B at Best Buy who lied to me when I bought MoH:AA!!!

I bought it, played until the 2nd level, at this point I had 32mb integrated video memory.

I got madd flickers in the game after the 2nd level, and now I realize that it was my graphics drivers that were causing the problem, not the lack of one!

He lied to me and my dad and sold us a 64mb Hercules video card because of it.


Best buy has been lieing to me for the past 5 years.

well, i never had bad experience with our best buy around here where i live, actually they are few oxymorons here and there.
even i that is not that great with hardwares but i know what i'm talking about with computers, those oxymorons will start jawdropping and send me to one of their best geeks... and when i said best geeks, man, those guys knows the best, and they also gives me away with their bad items, as in products with high return rates or reservice...

so i'm really sorry about your rant...

i had worst exp with dumb and dumber guys at compusa and radioshack[when they started selling TT products] at my place...

K, cool-sauce. I called Fry's at 9:45 (they open at 9, but I couldnt get a hold of em till then) and called, they had 6 in stock, so I ran over there and bought one + 2 games at 10:30. They had 1 left. lol :)

yay me! I cant wait to play Twilight Princess

I know my reply is 4 days after the topic was created but in case you didn't know...

At the Nintendo E3 2007 press conference Nintendo announced that the new Zapper will be included with all wiis for this year and will be sold for only $199.00 :) Thats $51 off the current retail price + you get a $30 piece of plastic! So I suggest holding off on buying a $350 wii and wait for nintendo to release more.

They are not producing more because they want their sale numbers to be larger in the next quarter or something silly like that. Nintendo knows that the wii is selling fast, 6:1 to the PS3, and they aren't stupid. They will produce more but you just gotta wait a while :)

I actually find it rather funny. I was at target a few months ago and they had no wiis, but had like 15 PS3s Its funny, because no one really expected the wii to be such a hit! Sony responded by releasing a new GB version and dropping the old by $100. Still not going to get a lot of sales. If the PS3 drops enough, I might get one for folding :)

EDIT: Just noticed you got one. Oh well :)
