racism is as close to dead as it will get, until it comes to black people. they can take the simplest of phrases or terms and turn it into something racist, such as the case here. Only a few uneducated asshats believe of the inferiority of different skinned people... but the real problem is that non-racist terms are turned around to distract from the real issue... in this case traffic tickets.
You can take almost any noun or verb out there and turn it into some sort of racist, sexist, or sexual term.

no, cant have any reference to color... would have to be "vacuum hole" or vacuous spatial apparition or something dumb like that..

I disagree.....I think every minority group plays the racism card if it will get them what they want, or benefit them in some way. Granted, no one leans on it like African Americans (not all). I also think racism is a huge part of politics...look at scumbags like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton, they have made a career out of playing the racism card. guys like those covered in this story just go looking for toruble, or issues to attach themselves to.....its usually to divert attention from the crappy job they are doing representing their constituants.

I think everyone should be judged as an individual, based on their own merits....regardless of their color, money, religious affiliation, etc.
