if you run into problems such as a price drop or goes on promo a day or two after the order, talk to their online chat people about it because they always take care of it and follow through with it.
Make sure you save the entire chat transcript to be on the safe side.

and Carl, that looks like normal shipping time to me... ordered the 30th (Sunday), order processed the 31st (the first business day after the order was placed), put together on the 31st, shipped on the 2nd (due to New Years holiday) and you received it 3rd business day (Sat and Sun are not typical business days so don;t count them unless you payed extra for Saturday delivery). Also have to remember that many of their employees also like some holidays off too so you can't expect their warehouses (CA and NJ) to stay open Christmas day and New Years day like some service type of places. Newegg is not a 24/7 facility, the warehouses have hours just like most businesses.
