nah the rednecks would not stand for being bunched with the Castro family (using their own terminology)...
since we're at it... group the south eastern states into the confederacy region, the northeastern from IL east into the Noreaster region (letting Canada have New England states fromy NY on north and east), then central plains region, mountain states along the rockies, and then pacific northwest region... no one wants CA so they can just go float off into the ocean or just become Mexifornia. We can keep AK and Hawaii for fun. To get back to 50, let Puerto Rico and Guam join, split the dakotas and NE and KS in half.... theres all sorts of ideas

When I am King, I will instate a productive member of society test. Every member of society must take this test. If they fail the test 2 consecutive times they will be executed. If a mother and father produce 2 children that fail the productive member of society test their whole family line will be wiped out in order to clean the gene pool.
